Cookie Policy

Introduction
At Proactivly.app ("we," "us," or "our"), we believe in being transparent about how we collect and use data. This Cookie Policy provides information about how and when we use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at proactivly.app ("Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how and why we collect, store, use, and share personal information generally, as well as your rights in relation to your personal information and details of how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a complaint.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Proactivly.app) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
Why Do We Use Cookies?
We use very few. Your choice in our Cookie Consent Manager is stored in your browser so that we do not ask again on every page, and — only if you allow it — Google Analytics tells us how many people visit the Website and which pages they read. We do not serve advertising, we do not run marketing or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own purposes.
Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary
We save your answer to the cookie banner in your browser's local storage, under the key cookieConsent. It records which categories you allowed and when, holds nothing that identifies you, and is what stops us asking again on every page. It cannot be turned off, because turning it off would mean forgetting your decision.
Analytics
These tell us how many people visit the Website, which pages they read, and roughly where they arrived from. We use this to understand which pages are worth improving. The information is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
We use Google Analytics for this, and it sets its own cookies. It is off by default: no analytics cookie is written unless you turn Analytics on in our Cookie Consent Manager, and turning it back off stops it again. You can read what those cookies do here: Google Analytics cookie usage.
How Can You Control Cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager. The Cookie Consent Manager allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Essential cookies cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary to provide you with services.
If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website though your access to some functionality and areas of our Website may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers incorporate a Do Not Track (DNT) feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Responding to these signals is not yet a uniform standard. For this reason, our Website does not currently respond to DNT signals.
