AI workshops that leave a business clearer, easier to find and easier to run
For small business owners and their teams. Everyone works on their own business and leaves with something finished and in use.
Ten ideas and no first step. Enquiries in three inboxes. Receipts in a shoebox until the end of the year.
Each workshop takes one of these and fixes it, on the owner's own business.
Eight workshops, four parts of the business
Your business on one page
For owners with more ideas than hours.
- They bring
- What they sell, who buys it, and roughly what comes in each month.
- They leave with
- One page in their own words: who they serve, what they sell, how money comes in, and the three things to work on first.
How every workshop works
The same pattern behind every tool we build. Routine work comes to the owner already done, so their time goes to the part only they can do.
Something arrives
An enquiry, a receipt, a question from staff, the end of the month.
AI does the first pass
It reads, sorts, summarizes or drafts. One small job, easy to check.
It lands where it belongs
The contact list, the bookkeeping file, the guide, the owner's inbox.
The owner makes the call
Nothing goes out and nothing is spent until a person approves it.
Bring a manual workflow, leave with an AI-powered one
For owners who are already running. Each brings a task they or their clients still do by hand, and works with us to turn it into a workflow AI runs for them.
Common questions
Who are the workshops for?
Small business owners and their teams, from people just starting out to businesses that have run for years. Everyone works on their own business during the session.
Do people need to be comfortable with technology?
If they can use email and a web browser, they can keep up. The facilitator walks the room and helps anyone who gets stuck.
How do you handle client and staff details?
Client and staff details are made up or anonymized before they go near an AI tool. No real client names, ID numbers or bank details go into public tools, every figure the AI produces is checked, and a person approves anything before it is sent.
Can you shape a workshop around a particular group?
Yes. We adjust the examples and the material to the kinds of businesses in the room before the first session.
Do people have to use Proactivly?
No. The workshops use general AI tools. Proactivly, our AI coaching platform for small business programs, is there for anyone who wants one afterwards.
How is it priced?
We quote each engagement on its format and group size. Tell us what you have in mind on the call.
