- I have forgotten my passwordReset your Proactivly password from Forgot password? on the sign in page. If you signed up with Google, no email arrives: use Continue with Google instead.
- I signed up with Google and it is asking for a passwordAccounts created with Google have no password. Use Continue with Google instead of the email and password fields.
- My reset or verification email never arrivedEvery Proactivly email comes from info@proactivly.app. Check spam, the address you typed, and whether you signed up with Google, then resend the link.
- Continue with Google is not workingFixes for Continue with Google on Proactivly: a pop-up the browser blocked, a sign in that says it was cancelled, and a button that does nothing at all.
