What Explore is, and how to start
Start with whatever is on your mind. Something as loose as "I am thinking about starting a STEM tutoring service for middle school students" is enough, and the AI takes it from there.
It is a conversation, not a form
You type what you are thinking. The AI asks about your product, your customers, your money and your strategy, and organises the mess as you go. Many people say the writer's block disappears once they can just think out loud.
Everything saves on its own, so you can stop mid sentence and come back. Most people return three to seven times over a week before they build anything.
Give it a month, not an evening
Plan for five to ten sessions across a few weeks. Your best ideas usually turn up between sessions rather than during them, and the conversation is where the thinking happens.
Getting more out of it
- Be honest about not knowing. "I don't know" and "I'm not sure" lead to better questions than a made up answer.
- Say what worries you. "I'm worried nobody will pay for this" opens the conversation that matters most.
- Change the subject whenever you like. "Actually, let's talk about pricing first" works at any point. You are steering.
- Watch the storyboard fill in. Seeing your model take shape beside the chat is how you know you are getting somewhere.
- Don't rush to the business plan. Understanding your business is worth more than having the document early.
Explore sits apart from a coached program. Nothing you do here changes your roadmap or the business plan your coach reads.
