When should I create my business plan?
When the storyboard feels mostly complete and you can explain your business to someone else without hesitating.
There is no deadline and no advantage in being early. If it takes another week of conversations, take the week.
Nothing is locked once you create it. Every section can be edited directly, and your changes save as you make them. You can also come back to the chat, keep talking, and build a fresh plan later.
If you are on a coached program, this is a different document from the business plan on your roadmap. That one is assembled from your milestones and is the one your coach grades.
