Four parts, and you can ignore three of them until you need them.
The menu, top left
Every conversation you have had, kept. Start a new chat for a different idea, reopen an old one, or switch between the ideas you are weighing up. Old conversations are never lost when you start a new one.
The chat, on the left
Type at the bottom. Scroll up to reread the whole conversation. You can paste in anything useful: figures, customer research, notes from a meeting. And you can redirect at any point.
The storyboard, on the right
It fills in as you talk, without you entering anything twice: an overview of the business, who your customers are, the money, and the strategy. Blank sections are useful information too, because they show you what you have not thought about yet.
The business plan
When the storyboard feels reasonably complete, you can turn it into a written plan, edit any section of it directly, download it, or share a read only link with someone whose opinion you want.
