Continue with Google is not working
Google sign in opens a small pop-up window. Most problems here are the browser blocking or closing that window.
The page says the pop-up was blocked
Allow pop-ups for this site, then try again. In Chrome, Edge and Safari the block appears as a small icon at the right of the address bar. Click it and choose to always allow pop-ups from this site.
The page says sign in was cancelled
The Google window was closed before you finished choosing an account. Click Continue with Google again and stay in the window until it closes on its own.
Nothing happens at all
Try a normal browser window rather than a private or incognito one, and turn off ad or tracking blockers for this site. If you are on a work laptop, your organisation may be blocking Google sign in. Email us and we will sort out another way in.
