How sessions run
- Group size
- 6 to 15 people. One facilitator up to 10, with a helper above that.
- Where
- In person, or online over a video call with screen sharing.
- Length
- 2 hours for a single workshop; 3-hour sessions in the intensive and the longer program.
- Time split
- About 20% explanation and 80% working on their own material.
- Tools
- A free or low-cost AI assistant and a spreadsheet.
- They leave with
- Something finished for their own business, a one-page handout, a 30-day plan and the prompt kit.
- Follow-up
- An optional 30-minute one-on-one.
Data in the room
- Client and staff details are made up or anonymized before they go near an AI tool.
- No real client names, ID numbers or bank details are pasted into public tools.
- Every figure the AI produces gets checked by the owner.
- A person approves anything before it is sent.
The prompt card owners take home
Every workshop ends with a free kit of prompt templates, and this card starts it. It works in any AI assistant. You're welcome to share it with your members.
- Context. Say who you are and what the task is for.
- Input. Paste the material, with names and personal details removed.
- Format. Say exactly what you want back, for example “a table with these columns.”
- Check. Ask the AI to list anything it was unsure about.
